At CartMartify, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on most items within 14-30 days from the date of delivery.
Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Some items (e.g., undergarments, sale items) are not eligible for return.
- Returns must be initiated within 14-30 days of delivery.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
How to Return/Exchange
- Contact Us: Email us at info@cartmartify.com with your order number.
- Return Authorization: We will provide instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Ship the Item: Return the item to us within 7 days of receiving the RA number. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
Cartmartify Refund, Resend and Returns Policy
Please review the following policies carefully.
Cartmartify offers a quicker dispute solution and will appreciate it a lot if you provide:
a. Photos or videos of the damaged item to prove damage. If the photo cannot prove the products are damaged, please upload the video.
b. Screenshot of the e-mail or dispute received including name, date, and content. In other words, a customer has sent a complaint (Through PayPal Dispute or other Gateway, e-mail, etc.).
c. The products need to be returned to Cartmartify if our Dispute Team asks for a return on the AS Service Center.
Except for the important interpretation, Cartmartify will make Refund, Resend, or Accept the Return for any of the following cases:
- Orders Delayed.
- Order Not Received.
- Products Damaged.
- Incorrect or Missing Products.
- Orders Cancellation.
Important Interpretation
- Deadline of Opening Dispute.
- Force Majeure.
- Shipping Method Limits.
Some shipping methods are not trackable when orders arrive at some Countries, States, or Cities. Cartmartify lists those shipping methods in advance and will not accept any disputes when you choose those shipping methods to some countries, including:
PostNL, Turkey Post, Swiss Post, Electric PostNL to USA, UK, Canada, Australia, South Africa, Brazil, the overseas territories, and overseas island areas;
Notes:
For DHL, Cartmartify Packet Fast Line, Cartmartify Packet JL Express, Cartmartify Packet Thailand, the remote addresses will be charged an additional cost.

Damaged/Defective Items
If your item is damaged or defective, contact us immediately for a full refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items like intimates, swimwear, and gift cards.
